We have been helping dental offices book patients and we are continuously improving on strategies and technology. We identified one problem by analyzing 10 years’ worth of data. The problem is that a lot of dental offices miss out on patient bookings. The reason could be because no one picked up the call, and no one followed up with them, among other things. Even if marketing is working very well, potential patients are lost. This is a big issue and the question was, “how can we help our clinics convert 100% of the potential bookings?”

We came up with a solution to this problem through our tagging system.. This system is designed to track all calls, SMS, and web forms submitted, recorder responses, automatically transcribed recordings, and use the acquired data to:

1. Identify the nature of the calls, SMS, and web forms and be able to respond accordingly. They can be potential bookings, telemarketing calls, follow-ups, wrong numbers, etc. With our system, it will be very easy to make a decision on which calls, SMS, or web forms need to be responded to and which ones don’t need attention.

2. Improve internal communication.

3. Track your clinic’s performance. The system makes it possible to identify new patients, follow-ups, and returning patients. This provides data to be used for the improvement of strategy.

4. We can also identify issues that need to be addressed in terms of marketing, quality of service, response times, etc.
